as the SLI documentation hasn't been updated recently i'll turn here. I was wondering what stereo mode and dynamic tiling were. thanks in advance.

Stereo mode is for those funky stereo shutter glasses, which give you the illusion of a real 3D space. nVidia started to support these glasses in their driver for quite some time now. But they're hard to acquire and most of all, they don't work at all with TFT screens, you need a CRT.
Dynamic Tiling is still somewhat of a mistery. First I thought it's a special option for SLI, but it has been suggested, that it's actually a compatibility option for Multi-Core CPUs.
